Low Risk but Still Dumped (HeyGrok)
In lesson 2.15, DOPE had lots of red flags but still pumped. This lesson is the opposite: HeyGrok, a token whose metrics card was mostly green, but whose price still fell about 93% in a few hours.
HeyGrok's : 81a4zMdXnAPCkH3NkE5nYXms56E2qWcrRmxuB9TTpump ( AMM / PumpSwap pool). There are copycat tokens with the same name, so always match the CA, not just the name (lesson 1.7). This is an educational example, not a recommendation.
What Happened?

- ② ATH at an MC of about $569.85K, around 01:00 WIB (Jakarta time) on Oct 18, 2026.
- ③ Then it fell about 93% in about 4 hours, to around $40K.
- ④ When checked at 19:20 WIB, the MC was about $39.36K.
What Was Green
What Was Red (and When It Was Taken)
- 5.9% and % 33.8% were red (lessons 2.12, 2.13).
- To be honest: we took these two numbers at 19:20 WIB, after the dump. We don't know what they were before the dump. Rug % is calculated from the ' history (lesson 2.12), so the number can change. Don't read them as if these signs were visible from the start.
The Holders Tab Still Needs Checking

- ① The Phishing tag (hook) on 5 holders: #2, #8, #16, #18, #19 (lesson 2.13).
- ② The Bundler tag on 2 holders: #15 and #22 (below the screen). Their funders are different (lesson 2.8).
- ③ The funders in the top 22 are all different, they don't look like one group (lesson 2.6).
- ④ Metrics panel: Insiders 0%.
- There's also a tag (a new wallet, lesson 2.13) on 5 holders.
Overall, the distribution looks low risk. But these tags still need checking, because the metrics card alone isn't enough.
Cross-Check: RugCheck vs GMGN

- ② RugCheck gives a score of 1 GOOD and "No risks found".
- ① But in the Insiders tab, RugCheck flags 4 insider networks (Insider Networks): 35M tokens (56 accounts), 35M (50 accounts), 26M (12 accounts), and 15M (34 accounts). That's about 111M tokens in total, or about 11.5% of supply. That's our calculation (111M ÷ 963M supply); RugCheck itself doesn't show the percentage.
- ③ The Launch Insights section also shows an Anomaly Found flag.
- ④ Meanwhile, GMGN shows Insiders 0% for the same token.
The lesson: every tool has its own way of calculating. Cross-check, don't rely on one number or one summary score.
So Why Did It Dump?
We don't know the cause for sure, and we're not going to make one up. Here are some possibilities that are common with :
- Early buyers took profit after the price went up a lot. If lots of people sell at once, the price can drop fast.
- The hype ran out: new buyers stopped coming, so nothing was holding the price up.
- Insider supply that doesn't show up in one tool (for example the insider networks in RugCheck above) sold too. This is also only a possibility, not a conclusion.
Summary
- HeyGrok: the contract and distribution checks were mostly green, but the price still fell about 93% in about 4 hours.
- The red numbers (Phishing 5.9%, Rug % 33.8%) were taken after the dump, so they can't be used to say "the signs were visible from the start".
- One tool isn't enough: RugCheck said "No risks found" but flagged insider networks holding about 11.5% of supply, while GMGN showed Insiders 0%. Cross-check, match the CA, and have an exit ready.
Common mistakes
- Treating a green metrics card as a sign the price will go up, then going in big without an exit plan.
- Trusting one summary score ("No risks found") without opening the details or checking another tool.
- Buying a copycat token because you only searched by name, not CA.
In the market, what we're after is the smallest possible risk, not guaranteed profit. Even when everything is green, still use money you're ready to lose, a small position, and a level.
